Cpf1-Database is the Cas12a half of the same precomputed collection Cas-Database serves: the same genes of the same assemblies, searched instead for Cas12a/Cpf1 crRNAs. A lookup returns immediately rather than launching a search, and each guide carries its per-mismatch off-target counts alongside GC content, out-of-frame score and exon coverage.
