Cas-OFFinder 2 searches a reference genome for sequences that a given guide RNA could bind in addition to its intended target. It is not limited to a particular nuclease: the PAM sequence, the number of tolerated mismatches, and the sizes of DNA and RNA bulges are all supplied by the user, so the same search works for Cas9, Cpf1/Cas12a and engineered variants.
