Cas-Database serves guide RNAs and their genome-wide off-target sites that have already been computed, so a lookup returns immediately instead of launching a search. Every protein-coding gene of the supported assembly is covered, and each guide carries its per-mismatch off-target counts alongside GC content, out-of-frame score and exon coverage.
